Talk to us today about upgrading your existing facilities or working with your build team to deliver on your roofing needs. Check out the following roofing options we offer:

Single Ply Roofing

Single ply roofing is designed to have far fewer seams than other roofing systems, including asphaltic roofs. It's also largely prefabricated and doesn't require any dangerous hot asphalt for insulation, making it easier to install. With a number of installation options available for attaching the single ply, the material offers a uniform weatherproofed surface to keep your building secure and dry. This includes three main types:

  • TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a single ply roofing option that uses ethylene-propylene rubber and polypropylene polymerized. Because of their rubbery material, they make for great insulation in winter and protect from harmful UV rays in summer.
  • PVC (Polycarbonate) uses a synthetic resin that's extremely weather durable and weather resistant, prevailing against high winds and hail while maintaining its structural integrity.
  • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) provides a durable and long-lasting rubber membrane of synthetic rubber to provide cover for your roof.

Modified Bitumen Roofing

Modified bitumen is made from a asphalt membrane mixed with polymerized rubber, or sometimes plastic and fibreglass reinforcement. This mix offers a sturdy yet flexible building material perfect for flat or sloping roofs. Because of its unique properties, modified bitumen is extraordinarily tear resistant and energy efficient, as well as providing excellent waterproofing.

Standing seam metal roofing

Standing seam metal roofing is the perfect high-quality choice for homeowners who prioritize durability, energy efficiency, low maintenance, and style. Not only is it hail and weather-resistant, but it's also aesthetically pleasing. Plus, our roofing comes in a variety of colors and finishes to meet individual needs.

Fluid Applied Roofing Systems (FARS)

Fluid-applied roofs are a silicon-based roof coating system applied to existing roofs to add an extra layer of protective strength. Once sprayed, the liquid forms a coating similar to single-ply membranes, covering joints, seams and other holes which can become problematic over time. For this reason, FARS is often used to weather proof roofing systems, including hard to reach areas where leaks often appear, including pipes, drains and other joints.
